From the moment we stepped into Castle View Farm & Stables, we knew Laura & Gary’s wedding was going to be something special. The rustic charm of the barn and the panoramic views created a relaxed, countryside feel that suited the couple perfectly. It’s one of those places that instantly puts you at ease — a dream location for any wedding stylist to work their magic. We love working here as it’s a completely blank space for your vision.

Styling the Ceremony

Laura & Gary had a clear vision for their day: elegant, fresh and completely centred around their guests. They chose a light spring palette of blush, soft whites and lots of candlelight, which we wove into every aspect of the ceremony styling.

We kept the ceremony look simple yet impactful, with delicate bud vases to floral-line the aisle, flowing chiffon chair sashes and mirror signage. The overall feel was calm, romantic and effortlessly stylish.

Reception Decor with a Personal Touch

For the reception, we carried the same spring tones into the wedding decor. Natural white linen, layered textures and soft candlelight created a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to enjoy. We focused on a layout that encouraged conversation and comfort — a key priority for the couple.

One of our favourite details was the cake display. We created a charming display using vintage crates, soft drapes and fresh florals by Amanda Steele. The result was not just a place for cake-cutting, but a focal point that guests gravitated towards throughout the evening.
