Briony & Alex’s Romantic Pink Wedding at The Manor, Quorn

Briony and Alex chose The Manor at Quorn in Leicestershire for a relaxed and romantic wedding filled with soft pink details, beautiful flowers and plenty of personal touches.

The venue’s light-filled spaces, exposed wooden beams and natural finishes provided the perfect backdrop for their styling. Their colour palette combined blush pink, white and green with brighter red flowers adding extra warmth and interest throughout the day.

The Ceremony

The ceremony took place in The Manor’s beautiful oak-framed ceremony room. The natural wooden beams and floor gave the space a relaxed feel, while plenty of windows allowed the room to fill with natural light.

Soft pink fabric was draped over the backs of the wooden cross-back chairs lining the aisle. It was a simple addition, but one that brought plenty of colour into the room.

At the end of the aisle, two asymmetrical floral columns framed the ceremony beautifully. Filled with white, blush pink and red flowers alongside lots of greenery, they created a striking backdrop without detracting from the character of the room.

The flowers also complemented Alex’s neutral suit, pink tie and floral buttonhole, bringing the whole look together. The ceremony styling felt romantic and special while still working naturally with the relaxed surroundings of this Leicestershire wedding venue.

The Wedding Breakfast

For the wedding breakfast, guests moved into The Manor’s rustic reception space, where wooden floors, timber walls and strings of fairy lights created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The tables were dressed with white linens, soft pink runners and woven placemats. Pink napkins were tied neatly at each place setting, with small favours adding a thoughtful finishing touch for every guest. The wooden cross-back chairs continued from the ceremony, helping the styling flow seamlessly from one part of the day to the next.

The floral arrangements were a real feature of the room. Long displays of pink, red and white flowers with trailing greenery ran across the tables, bringing plenty of colour to the neutral space. The top table was particularly striking, with a generous floral arrangement running along its full length.

The floral columns from the ceremony were also moved behind Briony and Alex’s sweetheart table, creating a beautiful backdrop for the speeches. Reusing statement pieces in this way is a brilliant way to make the most of your wedding styling throughout the whole day.

Briony and Alex also chose a wonderfully personal table plan inspired by different types of coffee. Guests could find their names beneath tables including Mocha, Latte, Espresso, Americano, Cortado, Flat White and Cappuccino. Its coral-pink design worked perfectly with the rest of the colour palette while adding a fun detail that felt completely their own.

Bringing it All Together

Briony and Alex’s wedding at The Manor, Quorn showed how romantic styling can work beautifully within a relaxed, rustic venue. The combination of blush pink fabric, abundant flowers, natural wood and personal details created a celebration that felt elegant without becoming overly formal.
